“We had a very disappointing and sad experience here :( I really hope things can change for the better in the future at this resort because they have an incredible location and nice staff members. The first and second rooms we entered were so hard to breathe in because of a strong musty smell (like a basement) that we moved to a third room. We were getting settled into the third room when we noticed the A/C did not work. We waited for the technician to fix it, but the wait became too long for...

“Isabel cleaned our room beautifully and was super professional. We loved Carlos at the main pool, excellent service! The hotel does need to add a lot more fans around the dining areas and the adult pool is extremely hot, may be because the tile is black.. just not a refreshing splash.”

“The hotel is amazing. The rooms are increíble 360 views!! Luxury ammenities and service. The staff is knowledgable and very kind. The restaurant is increíble. Local ingredients crafted to perfection nice cocktails (incredible selection of bottles and top shelf) also their wine list is amazing. They have also a very nice store with blue zone products. Will be back for sure. Check in and check out smooth and amazing ”

“The place is pretty cool! A unique stay. Definitely not a great place if you are planning on working since their WiFi is not the best. They do have a small coworking space but the lighting is kinda bad and bad WiFi as well. Aside from that, everything was great! The plunge pool was nice, the rooms nice and clean, and breakfast was small but good.”
